PLYZER — Scraped Data Platform
Plyzer asked for more than raw data: they wanted reliable signals they could act on. We began by building an internal app that shepherds every record found via web crawling through intake checks and validation, so the data shows up clean and on time. With trust in the pipeline, we tackled price strategy: a cart price–minimization algorithm that blends business rules with machine learning to compare marketplaces and surface the most competitive combinations. To keep their models improving without slowing teams down, we added a gamified training experience—bite-sized challenges that make labeling faster and more accurate.
The result is a calm, predictable ingestion flow that feeds smarter recommendations and helps teams operate with more autonomy.
ADAMED — Internal Product Shipments
Adamed’s logistics were spread across plants and suppliers, with visibility trapped in emails and spreadsheets. We built an internal, e-commerce-style web app that treats every shipment like an order: searchable, trackable, and auditable. IDs and logistics systems plug in seamlessly, so teams can see status in real time and act before small hiccups become delays.
The interface stays intentionally simple—easy for new users, sturdy for power users—giving the organization a single source of truth and noticeably fewer incidents.
G-RAY — Controller Interface
Field technicians needed a way to configure an embedded controller without wrestling with manuals or risking misconfigurations. We partnered with G-RAY to translate complex hardware logic into a clear web interface: role-based access to protect critical settings, live telemetry so issues are visible as they happen, and step-by-step setup wizards that guide even rare operations.
What used to be a tense, error-prone ritual became a straightforward routine—fewer on-site mistakes, faster commissioning, and a UI that respects the realities of industrial work.
Data-Driven Commercial Suite
This client wanted their commercial teams to spend less time guessing and more time prioritizing. We assembled a suite of tools around that goal: a geographical dashboard to reveal where coverage and leads really are; open-data analysis to score potential; and a proposal generator that turns selling logic into repeatable playbooks. Under the hood, a recommendation engine and RAG models let teams ask questions and get answers grounded in their own knowledge base, while graph-based classification uncovers communities and look-alikes that weren’t obvious before.
With internal APIs, database setup, and robust data pipelines, the stack is pragmatic and maintainable—actionable insights without the ceremony.
Conversational Experiences & Sales Automation
Promotions shouldn’t require a war room. For this client, we designed a conversational flow that meets customers where they already are: WhatsApp. A chatbot handles promotions and redemptions, a recommendation agent suggests restaurants and dishes based on preferences, and a companion web app automates distribution so campaigns can scale without extra hands.
The commercial team moves faster, offers arrive sooner, and conversion lifts follow naturally—automation doing the heavy lifting, people focusing on the message.
